Senior leadership at Leo Burnett asked the question:

UX, creative, producers, and developers answered: David Perez.
Unfortunately for David Perez...Leo Burnett had a vision for 2010 Cannes. Knowing the vision, I crafted the digital porthole where people could watch David's unfortunate incidents as well as tweet @David to do something. He was the Cannes puppet 2010 controlled by everyone. It was a lot of fun.
